• [2005-01-10-05:00]: Used liquid Wyeast 1968 from Nov 2004, incubated 2 days.
• [2005-01-10-05:00]: Original Gravity: 1.056 @ 60 F
• [2005-01-22-05:00]: racked to glass carboy; tastes good, though still a bit sharp. The hops didn't come through nearly as strongly as expected. I'm looking forward to more maturation.
• [2005-01-22-05:00]: Specific Gravity 1.016 @ 60 F
• [2005-02-15-05:00]: bottled into 16 1-liter bottles w/ 0.75-cup corn sugar.
• [2005-03-13-05:00]: finished a few days ago. Decent beer. There's nothing spectacular about it at all. Still has characteristic house flavor.
